The primary responsibility of this role is -preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with standards. -What we offerStarting hourly rate of $33.50/HR with a grow-in rate up to $44.00/HR$1.50/HR shift premium (for Mid Shift and Night Shift)Semi-Annual attendance bonusShift hours:Mid Shift 11 am - 9:30 pm Monday through ThursdayNight Shift 8:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday through ThursdayWhat you'll be doingSkilled Maintenance Technicians support the production, quality, cost and safety goals of the manufacturing operation and plant facilities. All skilled personnel are responsible for preventive maintenance, process and equipment improvements and effective troubleshooting. These responsibilities include:Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systemsWrite, program, troubleshoot, modify, and/or repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipmentFabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures and for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modificationsDocumentation of work performed by written/electronic methodsProblem-solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivityWhat you bringIndustrial maintenance and/or military experience in a skilled craft or degree/certificate in Industrial Maintenance Technology/Industrial Electrical TechnologyElectrical and mechanical knowledgeDemonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solvingTechnical knowledge and skills in PLCs, Conveyor Systems, Belt and Chain Maintenance, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Robotics, Photo Eyes and Sensors, Relays and Power Supplies, 480 V or greater Control SystemsAvailable to work any shift including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdownsAdded bonus if you haveDegree, diploma, or certification of completion for studies of electricity or industrial maintenanceDocumentation of any state Journeyman's Electrical License current or expiredWhat We'll BringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
