Job Description:

Leading manufacturer and distributor in Mississippi is looking for an Inside Sales Manager/General Manager to service customers in surrounding states and achieves considerable growth through new account acquisition and improved growth within existing accounts.

The successful candidate will be self- aware and manage these tactical necessities, always keeping the strategic objectives as the focus of all activity. A flair for distribution, inventory and the business transactions is essential in order to drive the service objectives. Local inventory availability and service will form the foundations on which to use your talent for sales, team leadership and mentoring in order to increase profits through the growth of top line sales revenues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Manage a sales office and warehouse environment

? Provide all elements of customer service support

? Increasing sales volume on a consistent basis through business development

? Inventory management

? Recruitment and training of staff

? Direct management of employees including day to day balancing of workload

? Provide leadership and mentoring to staff

? Administer basic human resource functions

? Ensure that branch meets established strategic and budgetary objectives
