Northbrooke Post Acute, a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is located in Jackson, Tennessee servicing patients with wound care, rehabilitation and skilled services. We are a passionate team who truly care for the well-being of our residents, family members and staff.About the Position:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager.
