A home health facility is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse
Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.While on assignment in Yuma,
Arizona, explore the scenic beauty of the Yuma Territorial Prison
State Historic Park or enjoy outdoor activities like hiking in the
nearby Kofa National Wildlife Refuge.There will be a 3-month cred
timeframe. The schedule is Monday through Friday, involving three
days of in-person home health visits and two days remote work,
totaling 40 hours per week. Candidates must have an Arizona medical
license, DEA certification, and live within 90 minutes of Yuma.
Experience with polychronic disease patients and proficiency in
Concur and Salesforce EMR systems are required.Dates Needed:
