Job Description:

MSHN Enterprises is a reputable organization offering a supportive living program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Our team provides therapeutic services, including psycho-social rehabilitation, medication management, and individual therapy. We also offer enhanced housing services for those with complex behavioral and medical issues, including treatment and nursing professionals.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring resident safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include supervising residents at all times, performing regular checks, and reporting any unsafe circumstances. You will also be responsible for de-escalating residents, maintaining group safety, and helping them regain self-control.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure resident safety and well-being at all times.
Supervise and monitor residents regularly.
Report any unsafe circumstances or incidents.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents.
Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
Document resident interactions and incidents accurately and thoroughly.
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have:
Completed high school or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Successful completion of a drug screen.
Background check within company standards.
CPR and first aid certification.
TB-Skin test result or completion of test through MSHN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
