Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that

Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures, equity

Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local
laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
Experience with equity programs and competitive rewards
initiatives
Strong analytical capabilities and strategic mindset
Proven ability to influence and consult with senior leadership
